Being a boss is not an easy job. When I first started my business, I really had a hard time making sure that everything was in control. The hardest part of being in charge is to actually fire someone but I had no choice. I always wanted what is best for my business even it means letting go of someone. It still mattered to me how effective my business is. I encounter this most especially with my drivers.
Through the fleet gps tracking system, I was able to monitor the drivers. Some worked very efficiently but there are really some who are not that efficient when it comes to driving. I discovered that some took longer routes and long stops which affected the time of arrival in customers. They thought that they I will not be able to trace this activity but with the tracking system, I did. I made sure that they knew that I was watching them and took note of the faulty actions which they did.
